Meet the Surgeons Behind Your Care Dr. Ledger practices full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with primary interests in dental implant surgery, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery). Dr. Ledger is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He holds staff appointments at several area hospitals including Loyola University Medical Center where he is a clinical assistant professor of surgery. Meet Dr. Ledger >  Dr. Michael Lee is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Lee followed in his father's footsteps by establishing himself as a provider specializing in state-of-the-art techniques with utmost dedication to patient recovery. He learned early on how technique and utilization of technology can improve outcomes for patients facing complex surgical problems. Meet Dr. Lee>  Dr. Omar Faraj is a Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who brings exceptional academic training and a deep commitment to patient care to Chicago Oral Surgery and Implant Center. A Chicago-area native, Dr. Faraj earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago before going on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was honored with the AAOMS Outstanding Dental Student Award.
